Reiki healing is a gentle modality used to promote relaxation and & stress release. Reiki can be performed in groups, by distance using Sacred Symbols & techniques. Each person will have a unique experience based on what you need most. We will set intentions, do guided meditation and healing, have time for journaling & reflection.
